increases the rates of basic pay of the statutory pay systems (as defined in 5U.S.C. 5302(1)), as adjusted under 5 U.S.C. 5303 and section 744 of Division C of the Consolidated appropriations Act, 2001 (P.L. 111-117, December 16 2009). The rates are set out in the schedule to the Order.
