Abstract/Citation: Employers have the obligation to pay fees for the issuance of a work permit for the family members of their foreign workers. It also imposes monthly fees of 10 Dinars on each foreign employer. The Decree also sets out fees for work permits, entry and departure visas to the Kingdom, residency permits, as well as for a medical reports and an ID cards.
