| Abstract/Citation: | This Act creates the General Authority of Social Insurance. It establishes its duties, powers, and functions. It also describes the different members of the Authority and their functions. The members represent different sectors of the community including the governmental and private sectors and several specialists. The Act regulates the different reporting mechanisms to the Government and the wages and pension of Government employees and military personnel. |
