Abstract/Citation
Adds a new definition for "Committee" in section 4 of the Act. Section 5 concerning date of enforcement of the acquisition, loss or recovery of nationality is also modified. Also amends sections 6, 7, 11-17, 20, 21, and 23. Adds a new Chapter IV concerning the Committee on Nationality Consideration.
