Abstract/Citation
Provides that a foreigner wishing to apply for a work permit is not to have the following ailments: insane or mental illness; leprosy; tuberculosis in its dangerous stage; elephantiasis; drug addiction, chronic alcoholism; stage 3 syphilis. They also must not have been imprisoned under the Immigration Law or Alien Working Act within the period of one year prior to the date of applying for a work permit.
