| Abstract/Citation: | Made under section 6 and 8(1) of the Factory Act. Repeals and replaces Clause 5(12) of the Ministerial Regulation No. 2 (B.E. 2535) with the following: "Having the bathrooms and toilets in the factory in accordance with the designs and number of the bathrooms and toilets prescribed under the Law Governing Building Controls". This Clause only applies to new factories. |
