Abstract/Citation: Provides that every proprietor of an undertaking must notify the States Labour and Welfare Committee before commencing any work involving exposure to ionising radiation (article 1). Any person that wishes to install a machine or apparatus capable of emitting ionising radiation must also notify the Committee (article 2).
