Abstract/Citation: Revokes the proviso to sub-regulation 5(1) of the Employees' Compensation Regulations, Cap. 121. Replaces regulation 9 concerning forms to fill in by employer for compensation claim. Also makes a minor amendment to regulation 52. Amendments made to bring the Ordinance into line with ILO Convention No. 17.
