| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the title of the principal Act by deleting "Poverty Reduction Fund Act" wherever it appears and replacing it with "Saint Lucia Social Development Fund Act". It also establishes a Board of Directors for the Fund and lists the participants in the board (section 10). Various other related amendments are made to section 2 and 11(3) of the Act. |
