Abstract/Citation: Amends the 1985 Regulations by the same name. Regulation 4 removes the requirement for hearing loss to be measured by pure tone audiometry. Regulation 5 provides that regulation 37 of the 1985 regulations, relating to medical examinations, shall apply equally to men and women. Regulation 6 provides for certain industrial diseases to be added to the diseases prescribed under Chapter V of Part II of the Social Security Act 1975.
