Abstract/Citation: Increases the maximum weekly limit from £350 to £380 (amends the numbers in section 186(a) and (b) and 227(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996). This limit is used to calculate certain awards made by the employment tribunals (e.g. unfair dismissal, redundancy) and other payments in the case of the employers insolvency.
