Abstract/Citation: Increases the minimum wage to 5.80£ per hour for adults, as well as increasing the minimum wage for young adults (18-21 years) and young workers (16-17 years). Provides that persons participating the the Ec Erasmus and Comenius programmes do not qualify for the minimum wage.
