Abstract/Citation: Amends provisions of the Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 (S.I. 1976/1042, N.I. 15) to extend coverage to include discrimination on the basis of gender reassignment in the fields of pay and treatment in matters of employment (articles 2(2), 4A, 8, 10A, 10B, 21, 30 and 54).
