Abstract/Citation: An Act to establish a Fair Employment Tribunal for Northern Ireland and offices of President and Vice-President of the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal. Amends the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1976 and makes further provision with respect to the promotion of equality of opportunity in employment and occupations in Northern Ireland between persons of different religious beliefs.
