| Abstract/Citation: | The Decree adapts the national legislation to Directive 2000/79/EC of the Council of November 27, 2000. The purpose of the Decree is: a) the determination of rules who set the maximum employment and flying time schedule for the personnel of civil aviation; b) the organization of the working hours for the personnel of civil aviation. It makes also reference to health care coverage and the conditions for vacations. |
