Abstract/Citation: |
Amendments stipulating that a health care provider whose licence has been suspended may not provide services under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program. A separated employee or spouse of a deceased employee may, at his or her own expense, continue coverage under the Program for a limited time. The term "provider of health care or services or supplies" means a physician, hospital, or other individual or entity which furnishes health care services or supplies. |
