Abstract/Citation: |
These Regulations prescribe the circumstances in which signals of distress prescribed in the Merchant Shipping (Safety) (Signals of Distress and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989 (L.N.140/89) are to be used by ships and the circumstances in which they are to be revoked. The Regulations replace the Merchant Shipping (Signals of Distress) Rules 1977 (SI 1977 No. 1010) of the United Kingdom in their application to Hong Kong. |
