Abstract/Citation: These Regulations set certain requirements for vessels of a certain size to carry charts of sufficient detail to show navigation marks, known dangers and other specified information which is appropriate for each part of the intended voyage, when going or attempting to go to sea, and for matters related thereto or connected therewith. These Regulations replace in Hong Kong the Merchant Shipping (Carriage of Nautical Publicationd) Rules 1975 of the United Kingdom.
