Abstract/Citation: Amends section 7(a1) of the Law, 5719-1959 [consolidated version] by inserting a new sub-paragraph (5) concerning the right for disabled persons whose degree of invalidity is 100% to receive 40% more in addition to the ordinary pension. Also amends section 7C concerning increasing the invalidity benefit of persons over the age of 50 years whose degree of invalidity is 100%.
