| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals section 56(12) of the Act (no. 570 of 2007) respecting subsidies for disabled persons, and amends its section 15(2), 17(2), 27 and 56 ss. 6-9. Introduces a new ss. 2 for section 31 (respecting temporary cessation of payments (the old ss. 2 becomes ss. 3) and a new section 34(5) concerning claims for restitution. |
