| Abstract/Citation: | Amends sections 11, 51 (1) and (2), 56 (1), 65 (1) and 66 (3) and (4). Introduces a new (3) for section 9 (the old (3) becomes (4)), a new section 23 a, a new (4) for section 35, a new (4) for section 40 and a new (3) for section 65. The changes concern the appointment of civil servants (s. 9), non-discrimination (s. 11) and leave of absence (all other amendments). |
