Amends sections 3, 25 (3), 36 (1), 37 (2), 39, 40 (1) and (2), 41, 42, 44 (3) and (4), 46 (3), 47 and 48 as well as 55 (2) and 3. The amendments concern, inter alia, the obligation to give information, documentation to be submitted to the Migration Board, communication of information between relevant authorities, appeal of the decisions of the Migration Board and the Administrative Court, the right to obtain information from registers and decisions on neutralisation.
