Abstract/Citation: Regulates the possibility for disabled persons who are not receiving any other pension benefits to receive a subsidy in accordance with their needs. Contains 7 chapters and 56 sections concerning, inter alia, subsidies for disabled persons under 16 years of age, subsidies for disabled persons over 16 year of age and care allowance for pensioners, execution, appeal, secrecy provisions and interim provisions.
