Abstract/Citation: Collective agreement made between the Transport Operators' Association and the Zimbabwe Rural Transport Organization on one part and the Transport and General Workers' Union. Lays down the conditions of service in the industry with respect to wages, hours of work, payment for overtime and night driving, deductions, holidays and leave, contract and notice, protective clothing and ID cards, termination of employment. Also contains special provisions with respect to taxi-drivers, casual employees and boat crew.
