Abstract/Citation: Amends the 1966 Act with respect to definition of chamber of commerce, state enterprises and cooperatives as well as repealing and replacing sections 7, 10, 14, 20-23, 24(4), 25, 28(1) and (2), 29(1), (3) and (9), 37(2), 42, and 43(4). A new paragraph (2) is added to section 26 with respect to the director of a chamber of commerce who leaves before the expiration of his/her term. A new provision is to be added as section 60/1 of the Act with respect to fines.
