Abstract/Citation: | Article 1 of the law is amended to state: An Employee is allowed to take sick leave when his child(under the age of 16) is sick, from his usual sick leave days. Two conditions are set for this article to be applied: 1. The other parent didn't take sick leave to take care of the sick child. 2. The employee is an only parent. |
