Abstract/Citation: Three sub articles added to Article 13 of the Employment of Women Law of 1954:
1. Article 13(a)- Jurisdiction and Remedies.
2. Article 13(b)- The action for the violation of the law can be submitted by: the employee, trade union, human rights organization working on labour law.
3. the Court can allow the plaintiff to present its case as they choose.
