Abstract/Citation: Amends section 1091 of title 18 of the USC to allow for the prosecution of genocide in certain circumstances - i.e. the offence has to be committed in whole or in part in the United States and the alleged offender must be either a citizen, a legal resident of the U.S.; a stateless person whose habitual residence is in the U.S.; or if the alleged offender is brought into or found in the U.S. even if the genocide occured outside of the country.
