| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the Indonesian Marine Council, the role of which is to provide considerations for the President in formulating general policies with respect to the maritime questions. It is also to monitor and evaluate maritime policies, strategies and developments. Its tasks and role are wider than that of the Indonesian Maritime Council established under Presidential Decree No. 161/1999. |
