| Abstract/Citation: | Articles 9 and 10 amend the Labor Code to put it into line with the Code of Agrarian Reforms. The amendments deal with determining cost of land and ownership of land for tenant farmers. Title is not to be conferred on a tenant farmer unless they are full members of a duly recognized farmers' co-operative. |
