Abstract/Citation: Subject to certain conditions, section 21 of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 permits the payment of a children's pension under that Act to continue after the child reaches the age of 16 if the child is undergoing training for a trade, profession or vocation. This Order revokes the Superannuation (Children's Pensions) (Earnings Limit) Order 1988 and increases the limit on such emoluments.
