| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the minimum wages for full-time workers in the agricultural sector as well as overtime rates, rates for pre-college student workers, regular part-time workers, full-time workers living with employers, trainees. It provides for holidays, makes provision for incapacitated workers, and provides that workers paid in excess of the minimum wage are entitled to the holidays and benefits specified in the Order. |
