Repeals the Employment Act 1991 except for section 66(1) and Part 1 of Schedule 3 and the Employment (Amendment) Act 1996. Amends the Minimum Wage Act 2001; Employment (Sex Discrimination) Act 2000; Trade Disputes (Regulation) Act 1936; Trade Disputes Act 1985; Redundancy Payments Act 1990; Trade Unions Act 1991; and the Shops Act 2000.
