The Executive regulations contain the rules and procedures for the functioning of recruitment agencies, in addition to data the employer must submit to the work Office. It also defines the functions and recruitment of Saudi nationals and conditions of acquiring a work permit. Standards and general provisions of training, identifying business processing and maximum work hours are also set out in these regulations.
