Abstract/Citation
The Resolution contains 5 articles: It defines "sea" as the inland waters and territorial sea belonging to the State of Abu Dhabi. Fishing is only allowed with a special permit issued by the Environmental, Wildlife and Development Research Department. Fishermen are allowed to receive permits up to four years with the possibility of renewal.
