Abstract/Citation: The order contains 14 Articles, it regulates the procedure for applying for a fishing licenses including provisions concerning procedures and conditions for applying for Fishing license, to be announced 3 months before the fishing season opens; a special committee will review the applications; applications for industrial fishing further than 12 nautical miles from the shore are to be presented directly to the Minister specifying the number of boats and the types and quantities of fish and marine life to be caught.
