Abstract/Citation: First, the Order defines the structure of the Committee.
Second, the Order specifies the role of the technical committee in assisting the Minister of Human Rights in the following areas: commenting on human rights conventions and treaties; studying the different reports on human rights and commenting on it; and enhancing the relationship between the Ministry and other parties in order to protect human rights.
