Abstract/Citation: Allows for a person's rights which have accrued by virtue of his National Insurance contributions, to be transferred to the pension scheme for officials and servants of Community institutions and bodies if he so wishes. Made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c.68) in pursuance of Article 11(2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations set out in Council Regulation 259/68 (OJ No.L 56, 4.3.1968 p.1-Special Edition 1968, 1 December 1972)
