Abstract/Citation: These Regulations amend the Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/3236). They supplement the 2006 Regulations and insert two further categories of adult in the definition of "relative" which had been intended to be included in the 2006 Regulations.
