| Abstract/Citation: | The law gives a new formulation for article 163 of the Labour Code of 2004. Annual holidays may be split so that they are taken several times throughout the year rather than at once. In the case that no agreement is obtained between the employee and the employer, one part of the paid holiday must consist of at least of 2 non-interrupted working weeks. |
