Abstract/Citation: Makes provision in respect of the abandonnment of offshore installations and submarine pipe-lines. In particular, the Secretary of State may prescribe safety requirement in respect of dismantling, removal and disposal of installations or pipe-lines (section 11) and penalise infringements. Also governs licensing. Schedule 3 sets forth repeals.
