Abstract/Citation: Act provides for the funding and provision of disability services based on the principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Act. Schedule 2 sets out the objectives of the Act which include "Disability services are to be designed and administered so as...to achieve positive outcomes for persons with disabilities, such as...increased education, training and employment opportunities."
