| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates the transportation of radioactive materials including during the stages of loading, transportation, unloading, temporary storage and delivery. It is based on the Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material published by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Regulations made under Law No. 2690 on Turkish Atomic Energy Institution of 9/7/1982, Article 4(d). |
