| Abstract/Citation: | Amends sections 2 (scope), 308A and 345. Inserts new sections 286B on "Duty of person providing service by computer to prevent sexual abuse of a child" and 286C on "Duty to inform of use of premises for child abuse". Also inserts a new section 358A on "Debt bondage, serfdom, forced or compulsory labour, slavery and recruitment of children for use in armed conflict". Replaces section 360C on trafficking and inserts sections 360D and 360E on "Offences related to adoption" and on "Soliciting a child". Also amends sections 364, 365, 365A and 365B. |
