Second Region

Part II of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988 comes into force on the making of these regulations, which provide for the establishment of one central register for the United Kingdom (at Cardiff). Schedule 5 sets forth particulars to be recorded on a certificate of registry for fishing vessels.
