Abstract/Citation: Removes provisions from, and adds one provision to, the list of specified provisions in Schedule 1 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 (see LS 1984 - UK 1A), in consequence of the adoption of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1988. An employee suspended from work on medical grounds is entitled to be paid remuneration by the employer, where provided by the 1978 Act.
