| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates facilities in an undertaking including sanitary facilities, facilities for safekeeping of workers possessions, changing rooms, dining rooms, drinking water, seats and the conditions of rooms and facilities. Also provides penalties for violations of the regulations. Repeals the Facilities Regulations (G.N. No. R. 2375) of October 1990. |
