| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 2 of the principal Act by replacing it with a new text on the fixing of minimum wages. Allows the Minister to fix a minimum wage for workers generally or specific classes of workers. There is also a minor amendment to section 12 through the deletion of the word "shall" after the word "organization". |
