Abstract/Citation: Originally made under the Armed Forces Act, 1964 Revision, Cap. 295. That Act was repealed by the National Resistance Army Statute, Statute 3/1992. Section 109 saved these Regulations. The Regulations establish the Commissions Board to give advice and examine the promotion of officers. It is also to monitor the retirement of officers and deals with any grievances officers may have.
