Abstract/Citation: Amends section 2 by omitting the definition of ship, sections 3(3), 3(7) concerning application of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, 4(2) and 5(2). A new Section 3(4)(A) is inserted concerning worst forms of child labour. It repeals subsections 3(5) and 3(6). The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is also repealed.
